How do I track my order?

What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Brolly rain umbrella, you may return items sold by
Brollytime.com within 15 days of delivery for a refund.
- We are unable to accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- All returns must be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Brollytime.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.
- If a product is damaged in shipment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
for replacement instructions.
If the item you are returning was designated as a gift when purchased or was not shipped directly to
you from brollytime.com, please note, that the refund will be issued to the original purchaser of the gift.
