It may not be rain, but snow is the next best thing in Chicago. Today's its a balmy 20 degrees outside and there is snow dusted across the streets. Most people get annoyed by these wet conditions, but I love how it really feels like Winter. This is the time where I work my tail off, so that I can enjoy the Summer months and show off My Brolly.
My favorite experience from this Winter is my daily walk by Lake Michigan, where I can see the beach covered by snow and the lake covered in patches of ice. It is just one of those things that clears my head and really makes me appreciate all that nature has to offer. I would definitely recommend taking a walk and enjoying nature in its splendor.
