It's time to settle the debate of raincoats vs. Bismarck umbrellas. Raincoats offer you protection from the Bismarck rain by forming a protective layer around your clothing. With raincoats your face is generally exposed and they can be cumbersome to carry around on a wet and windy day. In contrast, Bismarck umbrellas create a shield that you hold above your head to protect yourself from the rain.
